1. Who you're dealing with

Klarqe is a trading name of GZMarketing LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #7957, Casper, WY 82609 ("we", "us"). These are business-to-business services. By paying, or by replying "agreed" to our offer email, you accept these terms on behalf of your company ("you").

2. What we provide

We identify a business that has told us in writing it wants to talk to a company like yours (the "buyer"), describe that buyer to you, and introduce you to the buyer's decision-maker by email.

3. Fees and payment

The fee for each introduction is stated in writing before you pay. Introductions are paid in advance. Monthly services are billed as stated in your offer and can be cancelled as described there. We take no commission or share of any contract you win.

4. Delivery

The introduction is delivered when we send the introduction email to you and the buyer, normally within 24 hours of payment. We keep a record of that email as proof of delivery.

5. Replacement, not refunds

If the buyer is materially different from what we described in writing (type, size, need, or their stated interest), we will provide one replacement introduction at no cost. Fees are not refundable once an introduction has been delivered, except where the law requires otherwise.

6. No guaranteed outcome

We don't guarantee that any buyer will sign a contract with you. Your sales, pricing, engineering and compliance are your responsibility.

7. One company per buyer

Each buyer is introduced to one company. Where you buy an exclusive territory, we won't sell introductions in that territory and market to another company for the agreed term.

8. Who pays us

We are paid only by the company receiving the introduction. Buyers are never charged, and we'll tell a buyer this if they ask.

9. Credit toward monthly service

Where your offer says so, the fee for a single introduction is credited toward a monthly or territory service bought within 14 days of that introduction.

10. Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the introduction or month the claim relates to. We aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
